- Please note, that all bank charges are at the sender´s expense.
- Payment should be made by 30 April 2013; after this date please make the payment of the conference fee in cash (we accept only Euros and equivalent of Czech Crowns) at the registration desk.
- Please mail/fax a copy of your bank transfer order or photocopy of your bank cheque together with your registration form as a proof of payment.
Cancellation and Refund of Registration Fees
In case of cancellation, please contact the Conference Centre, Palacký University, Olomouc. The cancellation deadline for full registration fee refund (less 25% administrative charges) is 31 May 2013. Refunds will not be considered for requests received after this deadline date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Conference.
